My name is Hiba Enbeh, and my journey is one of alignment- between the mind and heart, between purpose and profession. From Business Management to Emotional Fluency - A Journey of Inner and Organizational Growth.

Ever since I studied Business Management at university, I was drawn to the human side of what drives a business forward. For six years, I worked in various roles- learning, growing, and gaining practical experience in managing people, systems, and performance. But when I became a mother, I chose to pause my career to fully focus on raising my children.

At the time, it felt like I had stepped away from the professional world. In truth, I had stepped into an even deeper form of leadership - one that called me to understand human behavior, resilience, and emotions in a way no formal training ever had. Motherhood became my gateway to personal development.

I immersed myself in studying and practicing evidence-based and holistic approaches that connect the body, mind, and behavior. That was the beginning of my transformation.

Breathwork Coaching and Qigong Image Medicine.

I also learned and practiced programs that are related to:

Mind Training, Hypnotherapy, Vibrational Healing, and Energy Cleansing.

As I worked with families and witnessed powerful, lasting shifts, I realized this was more than just a personal path- it was a professional calling. I felt a deep desire to bridge my business roots with this holistic understanding of people and performance.

Today, through Emotional Fluency, I support entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and school leaders in creating healthier, more conscious workplaces. I help individuals and teams grow from the inside out, building not only sustainable businesses but emotionally intelligent cultures where people thrive.
